Cancellation Policy
For 1-2 night stays', a non-refundable deposit of the equivalent to 1 nights accommodation will be charged unless a clear 72 hrs notice is given for each room night reserved. This non-refundable deposit also applies to stays' of 3 nights or more where less than a weeks notice to cancel is given. A non-refundable deposit of 25% applies to all exclusive hire bookings irrespective of notice given. For all bookings regardless of notice given a non refundable deposit of 20% will be charged.
Payment for reservations are taken at the point of reservation unless agreed with the hotel direct.
